Chad Tamis originally studied as a Marine Biologist, spending a lot of his education at Bamfield Marine Science Centre on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. His passion for underwater photography really developed during his time here. Chads photography shows the world under our oceans that most people would never get to see otherwise. His images are an important reminder of the continual conservation effort that is needed to protect the ocean and the large and small organisms it is home to.
Chad focuses on macro-organisms, as well as animal interaction behaviours.
